Mooresville Street Fair time is quickly approaching. Our street fair dates this year are May 11th, July 20th, September 14th. 

All payments and Vendor application must be received before you receive a space assignment. Spaces are on a first come basis. They will not be held unless invoices are paid. Payments will be made through Square Invoice.

No refund will be given for fees paid unless the event is cancelled.  These are rain or shine events. If there is a severe weather issue for which the event would need to be postponed, the date for a rescheduled event will be determined after I am able to confirm with town council. 

Regina Shelby/ Small Town Socials and the Town of Mooresville will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, canopies, stands, chairs, canopy weights and anything you may need for your vendor space. Electricity will not be provided. 

In the coming days, as I assign spaces, you will receive a map with your marked space. (These will be sent out a few days before each event.) Please do not use another vendor’s space. You may purchase multiple spaces if you need more room. If you use any space not designated for you, you will be asked to move. Let’s be kind and helpful to all of our vendors and make this a great day!
